Willow started writing after having her little girl, Evie, December 2015. All during her pregnancy with Evie she continued to read and she only wanted to read romance. She was reading a book a day — sometimes two.

In January 2016 Willow was staying up late with Evie and just thinking of all these stories. They came to her constantly so she finally sat down and just started writing. She always wanted to do it so she figured, why not? Today Willow cannot be happier for making that decision!

I am confused by all the high ratings. Did I read the same book? Did I miss something? So, our heroine Becca, has to pay a bookie for her dead, cheating, ex-husband's gambling debt, that's where our story begins. She walks into the office and our hero-ish, Dom is there to collect the money. He doesn't know her name or story, but figures he wants her so he will do whatever it takes to get her. When she drops off the money he asks if she has the interest on it because it is late, she says no, he says fine, get naked and sleep with me and we will be even. WTH? Umm, what?

Our h, is so depressed, weak, co-dependent (I just need to be held by someone), mentally unstable, she says "Ok".....and then they have unprotected sex! Are you kidding me? Becca's husband has been dead like 3 days, she doesn't even know this guys name...and she is going to have unprotected sex with him and not try to talk him into extending her time. She doesn't fight it at all because she needs human contact...so she says "Ok". Yuck! Not to mention, there is nothing sexy about a man taking advantage of a woman, and then having unprotected sex with her. This theme continues on throughout the book. There is alpha and then there is controlling-jerk, Dom falls into the controlling-jerk category.

I should have stopped reading, but I refuse to DNF a book if I am going to write a review. I didn't like either character and the storyline was weak and completely unbelievable. I couldn't even suspend belief for this book. Don't recommend, and won't read any more of this series.

“You’re such a fucking slut. So wet for me. Wet for a dirty, hard fuck.”

wow, this was crap. this was actually so boring that i fell asleep not once not twice but THREE fucking times.

it was so insta everything. i mean they fucked in the prologue because her dead husband had a debt and she went to pay for it (with her fucking pussy). she was so desperate for his dick that she fucked fucked fucked. no brain cells at all.

the hero was so fucking boring. his dirty talk could put anyone to sleep. that was the only quote i highlighted and its not even good? like wtf???

now i also don't like that the safe word was used for no fucking reason. i mean ugh i hated when authors try to make a book kinky with bdsm and what not and then they don't do shit. like stick with vanilla sex if you're just gonna use safe words. so annoying.

Almost DNFed but curiosity made me finish it.

CURSE YOU NEWLY DEVELOPED MAFIA MEN OBSESSION!

I've read worse... but this had completely unbelievable situations, unprotected stranger (not technically anonymous) sex, the H was a real asshole to the h, a dom/sub relationship in and out of the bedroom, kidnapping trope, ....

eh, just not my cuppa, and yet, now that I've read it, I want to read the next because it focuses on the little brother Vince.

Well this one smacks you in the face right out of the gates. At first I was confused because the POV kept bouncing back and forth. Fortunately that only lasted for the prologue.

I like Becca, her inner monologue cracks me up.

Sounds like karma as far as I’m concerned. The only person that should feel despicable is your horrid dead husband.

I’m not sure if I like Dom, he feels a little too cliche to me. Plus he’s too high handed and pushy. Becca seems to think it’s cute, maybe sexy but for me it just feels chauvinistic. And yeah I know this is a mafia romance but he feels a little too old school. Like the ones who beat their wives.

Dom kinda grows on me, pretty much like mold. I still think he’s too pushy and bossy, but his sweetness almost balances the scales.

This one is steamy ... dare I say too steamy? It’s a lot of sex and coming from me you gotta know that’s too much.

Considering this ends with Dom making certain decisions I suppose I can’t help but like him now.

Disturbing on so many levels.

****Spoilers****

First I want to say that the authors has a lot of potential as a story teller if she would have cut the prologue sex, and rewrote everything that came after Becca got out of her car in the alley. I could have believed a restaurant owner getting involved with a dark and dangerous man. But the prologue set up gave the whole book a disjointed feeling. Why??? Because none of it was even remotely believable. I understand that authors are the masters of their stories but this story master was HOT SEX. If you love hot sex then this book is for you. Ms. Winters was on her way to developing good characters, then she went off the rails after the alley scene. Now let me tell you why I think so. Instead of giving her characters time to bond and get to know each other as Dom, Becca and Jax (Becca's three year old boy) are under one roof, she has Becca and Dom having sex, not just sex but anal sex, after she was nearly beaten to death by rival mobsters. The woman has a stab wound and fractured ribs, among other things. I have had 'bruised' and hairline fracture ribs, let me tell you SEX, even with a sexy mafia bookie would never have happened. Becca only has codeine for the pain, really!! Morphine and Demerol barely cut it, and I have a high tolerance for pain. Obviously the author has no concept of what she signed up her character for. After the beating, I expected the trio to get to really know each other and bond. Nope, Nada, Zip!! Becca safe words out when Dom offers to read the kid a bedtime story. I understand a woman's need to protect her kid, but really the author lost a great opportunity for character bonding beyond the great sex. Then Winters' goes and makes the bookie into a professor. The author obviously learnt about the mob from watching too much television and reading too many bad mafia books. You never leave the mob, even with the head dudes permission law enforcement doesn't care if you fall in love and turn over a new leaf, neither do your former competitors. My head exploded several times by Winters' trying to make her mobster a typical white bread hubby and father. Furthermore hot sex does not make a love story, and inserting a cop into the mix and the entire plot line dropping was a waste of a plot device that was never used.
Again this author has great potential if she slows down and let the story unfold around the hot sex. But this book wasn't for me, despite the inferno of Sex.

So the only reason I finished this one is because I didn't want another DNF on my shelves. Believe me it was hard. The writing wasn't that great, there was a lot of repetition in the same scene and the most annoying h.

Well….he is definitely dirty! Sometimes you need a good dirty book but I do like more character development in my books. The storyline was good but it just needed “more”. “More” what, I’m not sure of but it did need something.

I enjoyed reading Dirty Dom, and oh, he is so dirty. On that alone, I would give four stars. Becca and Dom do not disappoint in the chemistry department, so freaking hot.

Becca goes to pay off her late husband gambling debt. Dom has no clue who she is when she enters his office. He is instantly drawn to her. There is some miscommunication, Sparks fly, and one thing leads to another. I thought it was panty-melting hot. Becca is trying to forget the pain of her dead cheating husband, from which she separated from him months before his passing
Becca leaves with so many mixed emotions, and then Dom finds out who she is, and from there, he just doesn't give up.

Becca is no damsel in distress. She carries a lot of hurt and other mixed emotions around her, but she doesn't dwell on them and keeps pushing forward.

My concern is there wasn't much character growth; I mean, there was some but not much. We only see Becca's back story about her husband but a tiny glimpse of her pain of losing her parents. That is her real pain. The mafia side of it seemed off. Don't get me wrong I like Willow Winters's writing, but I want more detail and in-depth for a mafia romance. I am very picky when it comes to mafia romance. Overall it was a good story and steamy.

God this was so cheesy straight from the first page. Sooooo so so cheesy. But I needed something like this.

But you know what? Sex was like barely 10 pages in. I'll allow it because that's why I'm reading this smut in the first place. I love me some Italian mob smut. Or just any type of mob smut.

This was bad. Bad writing, lazy story line, bad sex and predictable characters. It was neither romantic or believable in any way. The heroine was whiny and weak. The hero was an alpha male but not the good kind...more chauvinistic and cringy. Do not recommend.

3.5 Stars Good

OK, my first read by this author and she is off to a good start with me:) I loved that it was fast paced, and a sexy, total alpha male that who doesn't love:) This was an insta-love and when I say insta, I mean INSTANT, lol! But that was fine, I am short on time today so the fact that it was quick and wrapped up neatly....a huge plus for me! No real dram, no angst just a light hot n sexy read!

My only issues were with Becca but very minor, she just kept repeating the same thing constantly and that got on my nerves. I wasn't as in love with her character as I was with Dom but she was still ok, lol.

The Epilogue was great!!!!! I loved seeing that far ahead with my couple and that made me happy!

I liked this story. It wasn't a 5 star book, but definitely a solid 4 stars from me. Dominic is a bookie and the son of a mafia boss. Becca is a restaurant owner who's ex-husband had cheated on her and recently died of a heart attack. He also owed money to Dom and didn't pay it before he passed away. Becca, with a sense of honor and probably also to have Dom's men leave her alone has decided to pay her ex's debt. Dom and Becca meet. Insta-lust which is consummated right then and there. Things happen, she gets kidnapped and he saves her, etc.

It seems this is Willow Winters first book and is a pretty good read. I can't wait to read the next book in the series. At the end of this book she gives us a sneak peek of 'His Hostage' which is Dom's brother Vince's story.

Not sure how I feel about this book. It needs an editor for sure. Lots of errors with capitalization and some grammar. I usually don't care too much about that, but they were so obvious.

I liked the plot, but there seemed less plot and too much sex. He just seemed to F her into submission anytime there was a conflict. He was way more crude then sexy. She just did what he said and after being such a strong woman she folded like a cheap napkin. She kept stating she wanted to be loved and held and all they did was screw hard. Very contradictory. Lots of inner dialogue and not much character dialogue.

Not bad but not good either. Oh well you might like it.

Dirty Dom was one of those last-minute late night picks, mainly because I was in the mood for a bad boy insta-love book but I’m thinking that cover may have been what really cemented the deal.

The story had good bones. A member of the mob who kills without blinking and a recent widow whose extremely rocky marriage was in the process of ending when the husband did her a favor and dropped dead, made for an interesting couple.

It starts out rough. Sure there is the instant attraction I was looking for and some seriously raunchy sex, but the beginning didn’t work at all for me. Dom was a bit too rough around the edges and extremely egotistical which was a huge turnoff. Becca was just an emotional mess. In the middle of the night I decided to DNF it, but then I woke up extremely early and couldn’t go back to sleep so I thought “Why not?”. I’m glad I pushed on. Although the execution wasn’t all it could have been it ended up being a decent read.

Becca was a good woman who made the mistake of marrying a douche-nozzle. Even after he died he was causing her problems, namely a debt to a loan shark. How Becca and Dom hook up the first and second time around had me not respecting either character but then things turned. No matter how she felt about Dom, she wanted to do right by her son and hooking up with a mobster was not what she considered a good parenting decision. This was a new to me twist on a mob romance that I really liked.

Dom, once he decided Becca would be his, was bound and determined to convince her otherwise. He started out an egotistical asshat, but by the end, he had grown on me… kind of like mold but still. He somewhat redeemed himself with what he was willing to do to win over his woman.

This is not a mobster-lite book. There is lots of action and violence that keep things moving along plus some family politics thrown in to keep thing interesting. I liked meeting Dom’s family and I found their dynamics quite intriguing.

The main problem is I couldn’t really get in deep with the characters or really “feel” the relationship because the book was so short. Fewer sex scenes and more talking between Dom and Becca would have gone a long way in correcting this imbalance. For instance, we learn that Becca was abused in her marriage, but she never even addressed this with Dom. Being along for the ride as Dom worked to heal her damage would have been a great way to make their relationship more believable.

Dirty Dom is a debut novel, so I’m hoping it’s a case of first-book-itis. There is lots of promise here plus it’s a Kindle Unlimited series so I plan on trying out the next one when I’m in the mood for some raunchy bad boy time.

Um.
What the hell just happened?
I’ll be brutally honest.
I was confused throughout this entire book.

I read this in the collection ‘Those Boys are Trouble’, but after getting a good way through this first book I knew there was little chance I’d be reading any of the others so I just made it easier on myself and added this to my Goodreads account instead.

I was super excited to finally be getting my hands on one of Willow Winters’ books. None of her other books are on kindle unlimited and I just don’t have the money to spend on buying ebooks.
But unfortunately this was not what I was expecting or hoping for.

The pacing of this book just felt So off the entire time.
The characters weren’t very likable and we got nothing to connect with them about. And nothing was shared between them besides some out of place sex and a traumatic experience.
From the start Dom acts like he’s really into Becca, even getting hurt when she reacts rationally and leaves him or kicks him out after they’re finished…
Yet he doesn’t act any differently. He treats her like a one night stand the entire time but expects her to just acts like they’re dating or something.

Then the mafia aspect. That was just as confusing. Dom is neither in his fathers business, nor out of it. He sort of exists in this weird limbo area.
And the way they act about their women is so fucking weirdly strict. They expect them to just pretend like the men are regular business men. Ask no questions at All. I mean I get it. But the way it was done in this book was so fucking strange to me.

I’m just so confused.
This was a jumbled mess for me.
Maybe I’m missing something?
I wasn’t even a big fan of the sex because it just felt emotionless and out of place.
And their dynamic is so strange.
He acts like she’s his sub but they have zero conversations about any of it. He just gives her a safe word out of the blue and then does what he pleases.

I don’t know.
I can’t make sense of how the fuck they got to that epilogue.
I need a damn palate cleanser. STAT.

Dirty Dom:
Valetti Crime Family
Willow Winters

This is the first book from this author that I've read & I must say I really enjoyed it! **ARC generously provided by author in exchange for an honest review.**

Dirty Dom is the story of bookie Dom, son of Dante Valetti, head of the Valetti crime family, Rebecca (Becca) & Dominic (Dom). Becca meets Dom when paying off her dead husbands gambling debt.. Dom decides to take his interest in another way for late payment. These two had so much chemistry from the start

When someone starts to move into their territory Becca gets caught in the crossfire. Becca gets kidnapped & beaten. Once Dom gets her back he wants to make the people who did this to her pay. All Becca wants do is take her son ( Jax) & get as far away from Valetti crime family as she can… Dom though that he could respect Becca’s wishes & let her go.. No more hints, if want to find out what happened you will have to read this one…..

The story seemed a bit rushed at times.. If you like dominant Alpha male with a touch of soft spot- & very hot sex scenes this is the book for you

I would definitely love to read more about the Valetti crime family. Willow Winters is now on my list of favorite authors

OPPOSITES ATTRACT INSTANTLY WITH DOM AND BECCA!

"Dirty Dom" is the first book in the Valetti Crime Family series and the author, Willow Winters' debut book. Hero, Dom Valetti is a oldest son of a noted mafia boss but he chooses to deal with the bookkeeping aspect only. Heroine and mother, Rebecca's ex husband dies of a heart attack and she is left owing her horrible's husband debt to Dom Valleti. When Dom and Becca meets it's insta-lust! So when Becca is late with payment, interest is owed so Dom being Dom demands sex as payment... yes he did! Becca is a emotional character who is instantly humiliated by his request but she strips and gives him what he ask for. Dom saw something in his 'Doll' and he finds himself obsessed with Becca and later discovers her history and feels badly about how he came off to her. Then due to her association with Dom, Becca is being watch by another mob family and that's when the suspense, many twists and turns hijacks the story.

If you enjoy dark mafia moments, dual point of views, sexy romance with emphasis on the inter- working Valleti family, then you will enjoy this book.

"My head hangs low as my breathing comes in ragged pulls. He’s not going to save me. Knights in shining armor don’t exist. Even if they did, he wouldn’t be one of them." - Becca's inner thoughts

"I feel a need to be comforted by him. A need I only caved to once years ago. It’s haunted me and left a deep hurt in my chest that I’ve grown used to. It tightens and twists, threatening to consume me. A mix of loneliness and insecurity. It fucking hurts. And feeling his arms around me, soothing me. The pain pangs in my chest. I need this. I need him." - Becca's inner thoughts

Becca could have all the good and bad inner thoughts she wanted but Dom owned her!

"But I’m the boss’ son. He tried to keep me out of the life, but I demanded my way in. You can’t leave the family. Sure as fuck not when you’re the boss’ son. My chest hurts just thinking that. I’ll never be the kind of man Becca deserves. I was born into the mob. There’s only one way out and I’m not ready to die." - Dom's inner thoughts

'Looking forward to reading Dom's brother, Vincent's story is next!

"Dirty Dom" was a fast paced hot read!.

Dom Valetti,is a college graduate with a statistics degree who has chosen to do business as a bookie, a regular 9-5 job was not for him, he also takes care of the family's books, The Valetti crime Family and his Father is Dante Valetti , the head of the family . Dom pretty much stays out of the familia business otherwise.

Rebecca, recently widowed discovers that her former husband beside cheating on her, divorcing her and trying to take her son wAs place
Ing bets through Dom and he was in debt over twelve thousand dollars , which she now has to pay, she follows the directions and goes to the private sweet at the stadium scared and unsure Feeling like everyone knows what she is doing there and is stunned almost dumb when Dom opens the door, this sex on the stick , good looking man in a suite that is looking at her like she is dessert.
The 12 k however is not what is owed Dom, she forgot the interest, and right know Dom is more than happy to take it out in trade. Especially with the way Rebecxa is looking at him, in blink of an eye he has her up against a wall. Ripping her panties off and sinking in to her, down dirty and rough; and Rebecca is all on board. Well she was on board till her conscious gets the better of her and she takes off. What was she thinking allowing herself to be taken like that never mind wanting it, she has a three year old to think of , her baby boy Jax; bug it's been so long since anyone looked at her like that or wanted her like that.
Dom and Rebecca spend the night thinking of each other and Rebecca is trying desperately to move on, Dom wants nothing more to forget about her but he just can not, she is just another broad, but she got under his skin and he wants more. He tracks her down and shows up at her door, wanting to apologize for the way he treated her and secondly just wanting to see her again, but against his initial plans he finds himself taking her again, just as fast and furiously as the day before and already in his mind she is his and no one else's.
So when the Deluca crime family takes her hostage and damn near kills her , Dom is infuriated and demands the family help find her.
The story is fast paced , with plenty of action, intresting secondary characters , off the charts chemistry and sizzling submissive sex .

OKAY, this book sucked ass, 2 stars!

I honestly almost DNF'd this damn book because it was sooooo fucking boring and had nothing but fucking 2 mafia related scenes and 40 million sex scenes which I typically don't mind but with this book, it was just a NO.

Please explain to me how does two people fall in love with just having sex. This is not a typical romance and erotica should not mix with mafia romance because a mafia romance needs plot. Therefore the book gotten boring fast, I'm surprised I didn't DNF the book myself. I would not recommend reading this book if you love mafia romances plus this was written years ago so I know this is not Willow Winters greatest work.

I'm still debating on continuing with the series....

Dirty Dom: Valetti Crime Family (A Bad Boy Mafia Romance)
by Willow Winters

Dirty Dom was a very hot and dirty 5 star read.

I’m not sure where to start with this review. All I can say is Dom is a very dominating and dirty talking man who will take what he wants when he wants it, no holds barred. This is my first read with Willow Winters and she has blown me away with her writing. She doesn’t hold back on anything and I loved it.

Becca finds herself in Dom’s office to pay back her ex husband’s debt. When Dom see’s her, there is an instant attraction and what happens from there is unbelievably hot.

The way his eyes narrow and he licks his lips. He’s looking at me like I’m his prey.

Dom ends up with a need to see Becca again and is very confused about what he is feeling. The scene that unfolds just inside her door was jaw dropping and so intensely hot. That is a true fantasy come true.

Of course being part of the Mafia family, trouble seems to follow Dom everywhere. The story takes a few twists that could cause Dom to lose everything. Will he be able to make things work with Becca? Or will the familia come first?

This is a great standalone mafia romance that does have a HEA that Dom works very hard for.
The epilogue was great. Do you like dirty talking, dominating men who are not afraid to take what they want? Then 1-click and get started on Dirty Don today. Thank you Willow Winters for a great read, I loved it!

I believe this is the first book by this author, I got it because it was free but I was pleasantly surprised. It was a really good book and the storyline was very original. Becca has just lost her husband who she was in the process of divorcing. He was not a good person he cheated on her, was trying to take their son away from her, and wanted to clean her out financially. Becca has a four year old son named Jax and at the moment he is the only thing keeping her sane. She finds out her ex was gambling and owes quite a bit of money to a bookie so to avoid any problems she agrees to pay his debt. Dom has a degree in statistics from Stanford and his father is the head of the mafia. Instead of working for his father he has his own business of taking bets from people. When Becca comes into his office Dom is immediately attracted to her not having any idea who she is. Becca is equally attracted to him and the two of them end up having sex in his office. Then she leaves afterward without saying a word and without them knowing each other's names. Dom can't stop thinking about her and he feels guilty for taking her the way he did so he goes to her house.

This is my first book to read by Willow Winters and boy does she know how to write a BAD BOY Romance Novel. I really had qualms about the book at the beginning because of the name title. But after I read the book I discovered the book is named exactly as it should be. You have bookies, murder, may-ham, oh God there is Sex that will drive you nuts!!! Willow grabs your attention at the beginning of the, and that is an understatement! She keeps your attention until the very last page of the Epilogue is read. I started the book and couldn’t put it down once I started reading it. This is definitely a book that I will recommend to mature readers 18 years of age or older because of the violence and the OH MY GOD SEX!!!! Oh, did I forget to mention the unique way she wrote the Prologue to the book. I found that I loved how she did it. You’ll have to read it to see what I am talking about. This is a Standalone book with a HEA and one you do not want to miss!!!

Dominic “Dirty Dom” Valetti is only interested in getting paid and getting laid, and it doesn’t have to be in that order. He has an eye for the ladies. He is the bookie for his father’s business who just happens to be the Don of the Valetti Crime Family. Dom knows his stuff and with his business being what it is it doesn’t leave him much time for socializing. He is chased by women and those that want more than just a quick lay will be sorely disappointed and wind up with a broken heart in the process. Dom just isn’t interested in the “Happily Ever After”. Well that is until a certain brunette woman comes to pay off her dead husband’s debt. Man he finds that he has to have her and NOW!

Becca Harrison is a chef and owns her own restaurant. She is dealing with the after effects of a husband that cheated on her, and tried to take her son away from her, the he just dropped dead one day. She winds up at the office of her dead husband’s bookie to pay off his gambling debt. She is scared and does not know what to expect. She is broken and needs someone to just hold her. She is still trying to get over the death of her husband and doesn’t know at times whether to morn him or be glad his dead and out of her life. She has to get this done because she has her three-year-old son to think of and she surely doesn’t need the mob coming after her for her dead husband’s debts. But she just wishes that someone would comfort her, and hold her. Little did she know that the little bit of comfort she was going to get was going to come from the Bookie himself. She knows she shouldn’t let him touch her, but her body just won’t say no. Becca leaves his office and is still thinking about him, but never figures she will see him again after he had his way with her, then shoved her out the door. Well she was mistaken, he finds her and shows her that he isn’t done with her.

Dominic is in the mob, and Becca is a good woman trying to raise her son after all the tragedy in her family. They shouldn’t be together but they can’t resist pushing the limits and giving into temptation, not thinking about the danger of what they are doing. Dom knows that is a mistake he can’t afford to make. What happens to them both when the danger catches up to Becca? Will he be able to keep Becca and her son safe? Or will he live up to his reputation as Dirty Dom?
