Tempest is book 4 in Madilyn DeRose's amazing Malefic Bloodlines series, and it continues on with the overarching story from the previous three books. These must be read in order!
This is Alex and Mark's story.
There are some dark themes so do check the author's notes.
What To Expect:

In everything around you, even when you feel nothing at all. I’ll be every star in the sky, watching over you. I’ll never be so far away that you can’t see me if you look. Just… wait for me."
Beyond Reason is the second book in the Beyond series by Lee McCormick, and whilst they are standalones in that they feature a new couple, they are better read in order because of the overlap in themes, timelines and the overarching story. This is Xavier and Axel's story.

This from a girl who hates novellas....... Beyond Fate by Lee McCormick was the novella I never knew I needed but I had to have!

A flush darkens his scruffy cheeks as a bead of sweat rolls down his temple. His nostrils flare and I know he’s inhaling the scent of me with every breath he takes."
Never Say Never is the second book in Odessa Hywell's steamy, omegaverse The Mate Mistake series, and this is Ellis and Keenan's story. Recall, we met these two alpha and omega brothers in For nEver Mine, so you should be prepared for another spicy, taboo instalment from the Carbondale Pack, where wolf-shifter brothers mating is becoming a delicious habit! Whilst this is an omegaverse series, there is no Mpreg amongst the MCs in this book.
"Our wolves knew we belonged together way before we did..."
If you love a taste of the taboo/forbidden with your PNR, you're going to enjoy the spice and the love match in Never Say Never. You have been warned!...more
I don't normally like shifter romance books but with the added taboo twist - albeit not unusual in lots of wolf shifter books - I inhaled this one. Amazingly, Beyond Time is only the debut novel from author Lee McCormick and what a cracking job they did. I absolutely loved it! I was a bit worried that it would be too similar to the equally fabulous Echoes duet by Rylee Hale, but Beyond Time was its own uniquely perfect version of a soulmates/reincarnation-esque tale.
Beyond Time is a dark MM romance, so do make sure you check out the author's notes before diving in; some of our MCs are morally grey (at best) and downright psychopaths at worst!
I don't want to give too much away about Seth, Jayce, Clay and Kade, but if you enjoy dub con, dark themes, twist and turns, all the steam, painful losses and somehow a hard won HEA, then strap in tight and enjoy the ride!
"He'd found me somehow, beyond all time, beyond the limits of life and death...and I couldn't lose him now."
"Before I could ask, my face was in the dirt, and he took me from behind, arm around my throat, squeezing and arching me backward into him. Pain and pleasure meeting in a clash of unnatural fate."
Unnatural Fate is a step into the paranormal for J.R. Gray and I am totally here for it! What's not to love about a werewolf/daywalker vampire/fated mates romance, that's a total recipe for disaster on both sides?!
This is Dominic and Vinkettin's story and it's one that pulls at your heart-strings and gets your blood heated at the same time. Throw in some mysterious deaths, a coven of witches and a centuries old werewolf/vampire blood war and you have a cracking good read.
"He fisted a hand in my shirt. Anger was not the reaction I expected. “I knew before you walked the earth, your soul was bound to mine, and I know this life won’t be enough.” He believed this, truly, in his bones. “Where ever you go I will be able to feel you, and I will find you, I can promise you this. One life will never be enough with you.”
My only complaint - it felt like the last few chapters were rushed and there probably could have been another 100 or so pages to properly explain how the ending panned out (I can't say more without spoilers).
Overall, a great read and hopefully the first in a series.

He slammed Icarus against the nearest wall and pressed against him, shielding him with his body, hot and thrumming with adrenaline. Driving Icarus wild."
I first discovered Layla Reyne when I stumbled across a recommendation for her Fog City series (thank you nameless Goodreads reviewer!) and absolutely loved it. Go download that series now if you haven't read it. It's a contemporary MM crime/romance series and it's sooo good. Anyway....when I saw Layla had released the first book in a new MM PNR series I knew I'd love it too. And I did.
Icarus and the Devil is book 1 in Layla Reyne's Soul to Find series, about a vigilante ex-cop, a dirty crime boss and the steamy cam boy who links them all together. But let's not forget that this is a PNR series, so many of the key players aren't what they seem and vampires and shifters abound following the Rift, when Nature and her allies had gone to war with Chaos and the darker forces of magic....
