With her signature small town loving, Devney Perry has picked up the pen as Willa Nash giving readers The Bribe, a story with twists, adventure, and dare I say a bit more wild!
Lucy Ross and her best friend Everly are hiking through Yellowstone when they become stuck on the path of bison. Duke Evans witnesses their distress and comes to their aid. From that moment, there's an instant attraction between Duke and Lucy. But Lucy is running away and trying to hide her true identity, which is why she tells Duke her name is Jade Morgan. Lucy never expected to run into Duke again once in Calamity, Montana, especially not as the sheriff of the small town pulling her over. Offering a bribe to the sheriff, this famous singer will do anything to keep who she really is a secret as well as her reasoning for being in Calamity.
“In public, you’re Jade. But behind closed doors, you’re—” “Lucy?” she breathed. I shook my head. “Mine.”
Duke Evans is perfection! There was just something about his possessive and protective nature that made him one hot alpha. He quickly became a favorite hero of mine. He was fierce and loyal. I may have found Lucy to be a tadbit annoying at first but as the story progressed, I was empathic of her situation and learned to love and respect her. She's a flawed woman and a real down to earth heroine whom we all need in our lives.
Sparks fly between Duke and Lucy!! Their relationship is intense and passionate. There's no secrets between them. No unnecessary drama. Duke pushes Lucy and lets her know that he can be trusted. Lucy soon gets her love for music back, thanks in a large part to Duke.
Ekkkk!! Also, we get the biggest surprise that had me giddy with excitement!! A beloved character from one of Devney's series makes a cameo in this one, and I just about died #fangirldown.
The Bribe had intrigue and suspense mixed with sweet and sexy moments that consumed me. I didn't want to stop reading! Great secondary characters with just the right amount of small town feels. And omg, the premise for the next book... I'VE DIED! Give it to me right now!! I'm so excited, I cannot wait!

"Maybe our melody hadn’t come easily. There’d been times when our rhythm had been out of sync. None of it mattered. Because our beauty was in the refrain."
Rifts & Refrains by Devney Perry was just all the FREAKING FEELS!! This book had the perfect balance of angst and swoon that I LOVE! Gah, did this story hurt, but just as many tears as it caused it also warmed my soul.
Quinn Montgomery receives some devastating news that changes her life over night. Now after nine years, she must return back to her hometown of Bozeman, Montana and bury her beloved grandmother, Nan. But Quinn quickly realizes upon returning that alot has changed in the nine years she was away.
Graham Hayes was the boy she left behind and Quinn is shocked to see him waiting for her at the airport. But Graham is no longer the boy she left behind, instead he's a devastatily gorgeous man.
This book continued to hurt my heart and frustrate me at the same time... IT WAS THAT GOOD! I love the sweet torture ...more

“The boy who always felt like mine is now the man I can't have.”
Hello book hangover, haven't seen you in awhile. My mind is still trying to process this wonderful book. It was so much more than a romance. It was empowering with clear cut messages. Kennedy Ryan is revolutionary! She writes about topics that are important and need to be addressed in today's society. Topics about race, education, women's health, women's rights, and politics. Kennedy is without question changing the writing game.
Queen Move is one of those books that will put you through the ringer. There is so much that happens for Ezra and Kimba to finally be together and when they do reconnect again... Its EPIC!!! Their love endured and truly transcended time.
"We were born on the same day. I’m not overly religious, and I’m not sure what I believe about other lives, other worlds, and other dimensions. I do know if soul mates are real, Kimba is mine. I believe that if people are “created,” we were made together."
Together their passion was undeniable. As individuals they've both paved their own paths in the world. Kimba is a fierce queen who knows what she wants and will stop at nothing until she gets it. Ezra is an ambitious, confident, and strong man whose overcome obstacles in his youth. I love his devotion to shaping young minds and making a change in their lives.
Queen Move will have you thinking days after finishing. It was different from the All the King's Men duet but equally empowering and important, both tackling real life issues. I loved the blended families and mixing of cultures. This book will stick with you!
I'm hoping Mona gets her book!! Thank you so much, Kennedy.
“I don’t just want you when you’re strong. I want you when you’re vulnerable, when you’re lost, when you’re not sure. I see the armor you have to put on to make it in your world. I just want you to know here, with me, you can take the armor off.”

Devney Perry once again delivers a story that will have you enthralled from start to finish! Stone Princess is the latest edition to her Tin Gypsy series, where each character is woven into her intricate web of storytelling.
Presley Marks is this spikey sprite who manages the office at the garage. She's a vital member of the Clifton Forge family. Jilted at the altar, she's turned into a stone princess with a heart of ice. She soon realizes what a total douche her ex was and vows to never fall so easily for a man again. That is until a popular Hollywood actor comes knocking down her walls. She finds him annoyingly gorgeous; however, she denies her attraction towards him at every turn.
Shaw Valance is A-list actor. Famous. Wealthy. Gorgeous. He comes to Clifton Forge to film and star in the movie based on the biggest scandal to ever hit the small-town of Clifton Forge, the murder of Amina Dayley. Shaw is meant to be focused as he is taking on a role outside his norm. In this movie, he will play the role of the murderer. To fully portray his character in the correct light, he'll stop at nothing to discover the true facts of what really happened. But Shaw quickly becomes intrigued by the quaint town and meeting Presley is like a breath of fresh air. She's the first woman to not fall for his charm and he soon sees that he cannot fight his attraction towards Presley's fiery personality.
Together, Presley and Shaw were electric. Their banter was playful and witty. There was no escaping the feelings they began to develop for one another.
"Kissing Shaw hadn’t felt wrong, not in the moment. Feeling his lips on mine was like coming home after a long day. It was like finding the sanctuary, the solace I’d been missing for months. The boat of my life stopped rocking. The waters of my soul calmed."
"And any time I thought of Montana, I’d remember the woman with eyes bluer than the big sky. Or maybe I’d just think of her, no trigger needed. Maybe when it was time to go, there’d be no leaving her behind."
The pivotal moment where the drama comes forth is what influenced my lowered rating. The main characters lost their way momentarily due to a lack of communication and the misunderstandings almost lead to their demise. But, wowza does she set up the scene for the fourth book! Though I must say I'm not a fan of the woman who will be the heroine in Noble Prince.... Just yet. So we will see if that particular fact can he swayed!
Stone Princess is a heartwarming read filled with lighthearted moments and an air of mystery. Devney writes the best epilogues, this one being my second favorite, I was just so giddy inside as I read it ...more
When the book news that Kristen Callihan and Samantha Young were writing a novel together hit the book community, I squealed in utter delight!5 STARS!
When the book news that Kristen Callihan and Samantha Young were writing a novel together hit the book community, I squealed in utter delight! And for good reason as these two magnificent authors make the perfect team. The story felt like it was penned by one writer that's how in sync the writing was. It flowed, packing the perfect amount of emotion and humor.
Parker Brown is small but mighty–she's a tiny, sassy, feisty thing that isn't afraid to stand her ground. She comes from a rich family but she considers herself the disappointment. She tries so hard and wants nothing more than to please them at every turn.
Rhys Morgan is a brooding intense brute. He's larger than life but tortured by his past. The ex professional boxer lost everything and now he's fighting to save the gym that is a second home to him.
"breathless, needful, passionate, sexy."
At first what started as a fake relationship soon turns into passion and need. Two very different people from different paths in life find each other and learn to heal and love. Rhys helps Parker step out of her comfort zone and shows her that she doesn't have to be so prim and proper all the time. That it's okay to curse like a sailor if she wants. Parker becomes the calm amongst the storm in Rhys' world, settling him and always seeing his worth. Both were masters at masking their true feelings for the other. But at last, one cannot deny the heart nor the chemistry and their chemistry was undeniable and explosive!
This book gives you that sudden ache in the heart. The romance was slow burn but it was so sweet and left you wanting more. And don't even get me started on Rhys and Parker's back and forth banter! I was hunched over laughing constantly. There was also a wonderful cast of secondary characters which I'm hoping some of them get their own book because this needs to be a series!!
Overall, Outmatched was like a warm piece of apple pie with just the perfect amount of vanilla ice cream! This novel exceeded my expectations!! It's been awhile that I've read a enemies-to-lovers feel good book and Outmatched was executed perfectly!!

I finally finished! You all might be wondering what took me so long, right!? Well I just needed to take those extra moments to pace myself. I've realized I've been doing that a lot recently with reading and that in doing so, I have a greater appreciation of the book.
It was hard for me not to feel a little frustrated with Thea, the heroine. Due to her own experiences as a child, she was extremely jaded and could not overlook the mistakes Gavin made. I feel like he deserved a second chance instantly and I rooted hard for him from beginning to end; however, the story wouldn't have taken the course it did if Thea was quick to give him that chance, sigh. How bittersweet ...more
I've come to the conclusion that anything Queen Reisz writes is a must read. My love affair with this phenomenal author began with The Red. 4.5 STARS!
I've come to the conclusion that anything Queen Reisz writes is a must read. My love affair with this phenomenal author began with The Red. I was blown away, shocked, and intrigued. Soon after I jumped at the chance to read The Chateau, which involves Kingsley, a key character in the Original Sinners series. Then finally came Picture Perfect Cowboy. I was immediately drawn to the blurb and it also contains important characters from the OS series. On that note, you don't necessarily have to read the other books in the series to read this one. But I'm hoping to start book one real soon.
What I loved about this book was that it was sweet, romantic, and filled with tons of angsty feels. It didn't get as dark and twisted like the previous books I've read.
Jason "Still" Waters is a retired professional bull rider who grew up in a conservative household. Afraid of not being accepted by his family, he hides his dominant tendencies. Chance brings Simone Levine aka Spanky, a professional sub into his life, who soon teaches him how to hone his most sexual fantasies and desires #kinkfest
Jason and Simone couldn't be more different and that's what made them one of my favorite couples! They're compatible sexually and soon strong feelings arise that scare them both. But will Jason fight for his Spanky or will he allow his upbringing to overrule what he wants?
Kinky and everything you love and want from a BDSM book, Picture Perfect Cowboy was off the charts sexy and romantic! All Hail Queen Reisz, she did it again!

I'M SPEECHLESS. I HAVE NO WORDS! But I will say this, Work in Progress is my favorite book by Staci Hart to date!!
Thomas Bane. Remember that name people! THOMAS BANE!! He's everything. Perfection. Bad boy extraordinaire. A scoundrel. Devil-maycare fantasy writer. He's got swag and sex appeal. I'd read and buy his books always! Behind this image he portrays to the world is a humble man. A good man with a heart of gold. A man who will do anything to care for and protect his family.
Then we have Amelia Hall. Sweet. Timid. Quirky and sassy af. She's my spirit animal. My best friend! I want to be her when I grow up. She is much like the ugly duckling who transforms into a beautiful swan.
Tommy and Amelia are complete opposites. A couple you don't see a lot in romance stories and that's what I loved the most. They're yin and yang, coming together perfectly. All their moments were tender and sweet. The intimacy was sexy and special. Even when they faked their relationship there was no hiding those feelings that slowly crept into their hearts.
I loved this book to pieces!! The perfect marriage of convenience romantic comedy. And that ending!? I'm shook. It's Katherine's turn people and she's going to take us all by storm. Mark my words #icantwait 💃🏼

Until It Fades was a true fairy tale story. A completely captivating and downright sweet romance that will ultimately have you daydreaming long after you finish *sigh*.
Catherine has had to grow up fast. Getting pregnant at the age of eighteen fueled her to work hard in order to make ends meet to provide for herself and her child. Fast forward some years, and now Catherine is a twenty four year old single mother to a smart and spunky five year old little girl.
Brett Madden is tall and handsome, wealthy and loved by everyone. He even comes with his very own swoon effect. The son of a Hollywood actress, he's also the captain of the Philadelphia Flyers which makes him a very important NHL player.
Then one night Catherine saves the life of Brett causing her life to quickly change. After his accident, Brett finds himself wondering about the connection he felt towards Catherine as he soon develops a bond with the woman who saved his life.
Brett and Catherine's relationship was a slow burning romance. They become fast friends first and once feelings come into the mix, they face the media and find that happy medium that allows them to be together.
Ladies and Gents, this has been a long time coming. I can finally say that I have read a book by the immensely talented K.A. Tucker! Yes, I know, I know I have a screw loose somewhere, but now I know the true magic this woman weaves with her words.
Until It Fades was enduring, really special to behold and quickly became a favorite read of mine. I mean seriously, how could you not love the characters and the plot? There's more to this story than just the romance and that was the beauty in it. It's something everyone must experience on their own!

A.M. Madden delivers a sweet romance with just the right touch of angst you can't help but sigh.
Landon is escaping his chaotic life and all the fame that comes along with it, while Zara tries to get the claws of her overprotective father out of her. At first the age gap between them seems to be an issue, but they give into each other pretty quickly.
Zara has lived a sheltered life on the small island of Lanai in Hawaii. She has no idea who Landon is and that's what attracts him more to her.
Their romance is slow, picking up with time. They get to know each other, but Landon fears Zara will feel deceived because he has yet to tell her the truth. He's not some ordinary man, he's this rich and famous Hollywood actor.
The true star of this book has to be Marshmallow aka Spike. The adorable yippy white Maltese dog who finds Landon, which brings him to Zara. It's an instant connection and it soon becomes a beautiful whirlwind love... But will this beautiful couple survive the turmoil of fame?
Vanishing Act was well written and very, very likeable, but at the same time it was predictable. At least for me. I personally knew what would happen halfway through the book, resulting in me not getting that wow moment or shock factor. Regardless if this story was my favorite or not, I'll continue to read A.M. Madden's books because she gives us readers fully developed characters who aren't just one dimensional and stories full of potential.

I may not have read many of CD Reiss' books, but I've read a few and I have got to say Bombshell is by far my favorite! I didn't even need to finish this book to give it 5 stars! The beginning just hooked me and didn't let me go!
Brad Sinclair is everything you hear about on TV and read in magazines about Hollywood actors. He's gorgeous and melts your panties at first sight, but CD Reiss shows us the real Brad Sinclair. He's a complicated man with secrets and flaws. A mysterious creature that will leave you intrigued and wanting to know everything.
Cara DuMont has been a nanny for the stars for a few years and soon she was planning to leave the world of the rich and famous behind... Until she's thrust into caring for Hollywood's playboy daughter. Unbeknownst to him, of course because he never knew about her.
Nicole, the daughter of Brad. She's the sweetest, most special little girl you'll ever meet and you won't be able to control falling in love with her.
"Zip it, Lock it, Put it in your Pocket!"
This little girl manages to flip everyone's world upside down!
Brad and Cara are two dirty birds, there is no denying that. But they fight their attraction for one another constantly until the pull is just too strong to be ignored.
CD Reiss has a way with words. She makes everything flow eloquently and she knows how to make it hot as f*ck. She's Queen and this book is an explosive standalone filled with funny, sweet, sassy, and sexy moments. Plus, a touch of forbidden. It was the perfect balance.
PS. If you've read and loved Shuttergirl, Michael and Laine make a cameo in this book. Eeek! I'm so excited for other books in this series.
